Sudden Death: Rare iPhone Charger Box Sells for $6 on Whatnot
During a lively Whatnot storage unit find auction, user imaniperry offered an unusual prize: an iPhone charger box with its original packaging. Seller commentary provided context on the item’s value, touting it as a “dope-ass Christmas gift” for gadget-lovers. In a “sudden death” bid countdown, two interested buyers vied for the prize, driving the price up to $6. The charger box was won by user kevinbacon4.
Viewers tuned in to the Whatnot show, some sharing their own personal anecdotes about misadventures with cardboard or plastic goods. “The plastic ware (…) when it arrived in like (…) okay (…) then here you are to night” said one viewer, while another lamented paying “2x for less” at Lowe’s after seeing a similar item on the show.
