Small Town Gossip: Whatnot’s Latest Live Sale
We dove into the archives of a recent Whatnot live show to share a fascinating item that caught our attention. Hosted by seller jjshopper, titled “jjshopper is live · Deal Hunting · Whatnot: Shop, Sell, Connect”, the show featured an assortment of items, and we’ll focus on a quirky instance. A small, unidentified, number-tagged object, Pulls 12 to 15 #33, sold to a single bidder, kylie_mimi_of_3, for 3.00 USD.
Interestingly, the chat participants brought some levity to the sale with their lighthearted comments, shifting focus from the item to off-topic discussion about medical conditions and a popular fast food promotion. One viewer praised the host for sending “what_liz_likes” to the show, highlighting the community-driven aspect of Whatnot’s live shopping platform. The seller’s commentary revealed that she’s been observing another viewer who seems to be intentionally emptying her trunk, implying that perhaps the host had a “clue” about what this viewer had recently purchased from a different dealer at Whatnot. While it wasn’t the most serious sale, this Whatnot live auction highlighted the fun and dynamic environment of live shopping.
