Imaniperry’s Storage Unit Finds live show on Whatnot is full of surprises, and the latest sell is no exception. Auction #31, a fish knife with engravings, caught the eye of several bidders, with toshistreasures ultimately taking it home for a price of $12. The seller noted that the knife’s problem is that it doesn’t lock in place, but praised its cool design and acknowledged that some bidders might be able to fix it.
The chatter in the show’s live chat was lively, with several viewers weighing in on topics like the economics of lightweight items getting knocked around in storage and shipment. One viewer even exchanged pleasantries with the seller, imaniperry, about their presence on the platform.
It’s not clear where the knife came from, but the seller speculated that it might have originated from a production line, hinting at the interesting stories behind some of the items that turn up in thrift stores and salvage yards. As we’ve seen before, even the most unusual items have a way of connecting with collectors and enthusiasts on Whatnot.
