During the “mamabebo is live · Estate Sales · Whatnot: Shop, Sell, Connect” show, a lucky bidder snagged a rare 13-cut glass decanter for $3.50. Interestingly, the show attracted a lively crowd of Whatnot enthusiasts, one of whom was surprised to see a familiar sight: a decanter’s lid took flight, sending a viewer scrambling for their eye mask.
The seller, mamabebo, listed the decanter as 8-11 oz. #13, sparking curiosity among bidders. In the chat, a viewer humorously shared their own experience with similar household hazards, saying “The lid projectiles off and has made some ppl blind!?”
In stark contrast, another viewer quipped about having to miss the action due to, ahem, “ambien swiping.” The winning bidder, with the username 8one6_shop, must have been watching carefully, placing the winning bid of $3.50. With Whatnot’s unique auction format, sometimes it’s the rare items that slip under the radar, waiting for savvy bidders to uncover them. This 13-cut glass decanter is a prime example of a treasure found by a keen-eyed collector.
