During a lively Whatnot live show hosted by hbuckley3, a single bidder managed to scoop up a mystery item for a steal. The sale, which was part of a larger vintage kids’ clothing assortment, went for a mere $1.00 USD.
Seller commentary was…enlightening. Amidst a scattered collection of thrifted treasures, the host mentioned something about “LANDZY AND SaaS” and couldn’t quite remember any details on a particular item they seemed to think was special (we can’t say what that something was, given the chatty nature of the notes). Still, our winner, jesslynn_ester, must’ve seen some promise in the mystery item, because it was theirs for the lowest of asking prices.
It’s interesting to catch a glimpse into the chat room during the sale. Viewers were mostly keeping to themselves, but a few enthusiasts were open about their love for vintage collectibles and even their home life (one host mentioned being outnumbered by younglings this week).
