During Imaniperry’s Storage Unit Finds live auction show, a set of single cufflinks made a surprising splash in the last minute of bidding. Sold for $54 to 5queetz, these vintage accessories seem to have resonated with another viewer in the chat as well: “Imani, you’ve sold a lot of cool shit on here, but these single cufflinks are SO cool. If i knew i’d be around, i’d buy a ton of them to make rings.” Perhaps this buyer was inspired by the creativity of making jewelry from these cufflinks!
Meanwhile, a viewer in Canada couldn’t pass up the opportunity to engage with the show, but expressed skepticism about tackling a storage unit cleanup: “Garbage cans are locked up and or closed in. Maybe ill go looking. Its awesome. I just downloaded app yesterday and watched you until 3am…” Another fan mentioned wanting to dumpster dive with Imaniperry if only they lived closer.
As for the winning bidder, 5queetz, we can only speculate about their winning strategy. And what about the item itself? While one viewer doubted they would ever repair or maintain a “really nice piece” like this, it’s clear that 5queetz has won themselves a unique and potentially valuable collectible.
