During tbcproductions’ recent Whatnot live show, holiday enthusiasts gathered to bid on an assortment of seasonal treasures. Amidst the assortment, one notable item stood out: a Summerween pull, an infrequent but highly sought-after figure featuring the enchanting realms of Neil Gaiman’s iconic children’s book, Coraline. The set features the sweet friends of Coraline, a poignant reminder of the novel’s darker undertones.
While chatting with viewers during the live show, tbcproductions’ host humorously mused about the show and movies that have stemmed from Neil Gaiman’s work, highlighting the quirky comedic talents of Taika Watiti and Jermaine Clement. In a heartwarming moment, the host even offered a birthday wish, requested by another viewer, to a Whatnot user celebrating their mom’s special day.
The one rare Summerween Coraline-themed pull went to an eager collector, mjm1234, who secured it at a sale price of $3.00 USD, topping the single bid placed during the live show.
