In the wild world of Whatnot live auctions, no two shows are ever alike. That was evident during PhillyFlipper’s recent live show, “Storage Unit Finds,” where a small, intricately crafted brass mini animal sparked a flurry of interest and humorous commentary from the seller. The item, labeled simply “Brass mini animal #158,” went for a tidy $6.00 to bidder @sapphireshops.
As is often the case on Whatnot live shows, the seller, PhillyFlipper, had a fun and engaged tone during the sale. The item’s identity was revealed at the very end, with the cheerful declaration, “But a brass gator! What? What, Stan? What?…” It seems the other brass animal, a “Jungle Pussy,” also caught someone’s eye, as the chat briefly touched on the topic of generosity and giving away items.
Bidders clearly enjoyed the playful atmosphere, but in this case, it was clear that the three bidders present were all in for a brass mini gator – each bidding the top price of $6.00. It goes to show that even the most straightforward auctions can have a lighthearted and entertaining tone, and @sapphireshops came away with a charming little treasure as a result.
