Bulbasaur Rarity Sparks Surprise in Whatnot Auction
The item, listed as Caps Choice #7 by seller capcityplants, didn’t seem to have an established market value, as per the seller’s commentary. Despite this uncertainty, the plant generated interest among the 8 bidders participating in the auction, culminating in a final bid of $8 USD from vvplants.
The novelty and mystery surrounding the rare half-moon Bulbasaur plant made for an engaging viewing experience. The bidders’ enthusiasm, however, was interrupted by snarky comments in the chat, with some observers cracking jokes about the prices paid by others for relatively similar items. Meanwhile, others were more concerned with personal matters, like the whereabouts of their begonia pack.
