Rare Cow Ear Treat Sells for a Dollar in Whatnot Live Auction
The Whatnot live show “gainespet is live · Dog & Cat · $1 Starts” featured a wide variety of pet items, but one rare treat caught our eye. At #41 in the auction, a single cow ear sold for the low price of $1.00 USD to user “tabby1catt”.
According to the seller’s commentary, cow ears are a natural and engaging option for dogs, free from microplastics and PFAs found in some synthetic chew toys. The seller noted that dogs often prefer natural, untreated chews, and that a cow ear is a great alternative to plastic toys.
The live show’s chat featured several questions and comments from viewers, including some advice on which types of bones to avoid and one enthusiastic buyer looking to snag a deal on beef trachea.
