The talented abtropics, a 5-star seller with over 9300 items sold and 8400 followers, brought their extensive plant collection to Whatnot for a live auction show. The show’s highlight was a single-day sale with an impressive top price of $45.
Standout Sales
Three standout items from the show caught our attention:
- $45: Anthurium Queen of Hearts #1 was won by chrisiden with a single bid.
- A Begonia Masoniana Tricolor sold for $15 to lauraram89190, also with a single bid.
Seller’s Personality and Show
Abtropics’ show was filled with personality and expertise. The seller chatted with viewers about plant care, identification, and their extensive collection. A notable exchange was about the multiple names of the same plant, which led to a discussion about the complexities of plant naming. When asked about shipping regulations for international orders, the seller clearly listed countries they cannot ship to, prioritizing local sales.
