PLANTS, GARDENING, WHATNOT-LIVE-AUCTION-SHOWS
As a Whatnot regular, it’s always a delight to see our favorite sellers shine on the platform. This past show, gobigplants was living its best life – literally. The affable host, a 5.0-rated seller with a whopping 1,517 reviews and nearly 6,700 followers, greeted us with a cheerful “Hey, everybody!” and settled in for a fun and informative session all about plants. With 30 years of hydroponic experience under his belt and 30 years of shared passion for plants, we learned all about his love of aroids and tissue cultures. The seasoned master mechanic (yes, you read that right – before plants, he fixed trucks for a living!) was happy to share his expertise and get our hands dirty.
We had a blast chatting with gobigplants, who shared a few fun updates and insights, from free classes available on YouTube to – in the host’s words – “a couple of little things” (which, we won’t spoil, but trust us, it was all good). It’s times like these that remind us why watching our favorite Whatnot sellers is such a treat. If you missed this one, don’t worry – gobigplants promised to keep sharing his gardening wisdom, and we just know he’ll invite us back for another fun session soon. In the meantime, stay tuned for the next Whatnot live auction show – you never know who (or what plant-packed goodie) will be on stage next!
