The Seller: What to Expect
plantswithdirt is a Whatnot seller with an impressive 4.9-star rating and over 48,000 items sold. With 62,600 followers, they’re no stranger to the platform. As you can see from the seller’s bio, they’re all about the cards – and some pretty candid language to boot.
Standout Sales
This show had a few notable sales that stood out from the crowd. One of the biggest winners was _caviarcollectibles_, who snagged a Roaring Skies Booster Pack for $338. Not too shabby, but the real prize went to _riostcg_ for snagging a Double Crisis Blister for a whopping $3,289. This kind of deal has got collector’s hearts racing, especially when you factor in the low odds of pulling rare cards.
Another notable sale was the XY Breakthrough Booster Pack, snapped up by _caviarcollectibles_ for $129. For fans of the XY series, this might not be the rarest card out there, but it’s still a nice addition to any collection at this price. Finally, the XY Breakpoint card sold for $99, also to _caviarcollectibles_. These are just a few of the many sales that went down during this Whatnot live auction.
Commentary from the Seller
As for the seller, _plantswithdirt_, they brought their usual brand of humor and enthusiasm to the table. There were some interesting comments in the chat about the rarity of certain cards and the likelihood of pulling high-value ones. For example, one viewer wondered if there really are that many level X cards in a Supreme Victors booster box.
