Goodbyeinventory ended up getting a pretty penny for their unique approach to an auction. Item #12, bundled under the condition “no cancels,” flew off the virtual shelves for $72 to username h3luxury. We can only assume it’s a good thing the item’s name does not provide much insight into its contents. The comment section shows a seller enthusiastic, but also somewhat nonchalant about parting with the item. Goodbyeinventory may have indeed gotten away with no regrets, as their commentary, repeated multiple times, suggests.
Whatnot is always fun to watch, and the dynamic between sellers is just one part of its appeal. While buyers come for the deals, it’s also the human side of live auctions that makes them an entertaining way to spend an afternoon online.
