Rare Large-Quantity Pasta Sale on Whatnot Live Feed
During the recent Whatnot live show featuring seller imaniperry, an interesting item made a splash among viewers. Item #2, a bulk pasta package described by the seller as “four fifty five dollars a pound pasta,” caught attention and even sparked some light-hearted conversation during the broadcast.
The pasta, which the seller claimed would “change the way you eat going forward,” was sold to bidder taccat for $36 USD after a brief bidding period of 14 interested buyers. The seller’s humorous commentary about the pasta, which they joked was made with butter and praised as “good,” was met with chuckles from the live audience.
Viewers also shared their thoughts on the live broadcast, with one chiming in to complain about an earlier Whatnot auction involving painting tape. Others offered words of encouragement to the seller and even shared their personal experiences with the buyer in question. As one viewer joked, “He’s a good guy. He came to my house on my birthday and bought all kinds of stuff out of my barn.”
As for the highly sought-after bulk pasta, it remains to be seen whether any other sellers will attempt to replicate the high price point achieved during this live auction. For now, it’s clear that this particular bulk pasta sale was a one-of-a-kind experience that brought some much-needed levity to the live Whatnot feed.
