In a flash, user joantin secured a dozen premium smoked oysters during a recent Whatnot live show. The item, a pack of 12 Otter Kingdom smoked oysters with red chili pepper in pure olive oil, was up for grabs for just five seconds. Scoremore318, the auction’s enthusiastic host, expertly navigated the sale amidst a flurry of item swaps and viewer requests. By the time the five seconds elapsed, the sale was finalized, and joantin’s bid of $5 was confirmed.
No discussion of the item was possible with Scoremore318 during the auction, except to confirm its existence. The quick sale is a testament to the fast-paced nature of Whatnot live auctions, where top finds can slip away in just a few seconds. Will joantin be enjoying the smoked oysters at their next gathering, or are they destined for the pantry or freezer?
