The Pulsar water-resistant titanium watch with a pan movement, sold in its original box, attracted some attention during imaniperry’s recent Storage Unit Finds live auction on Whatnot. One bid stood out among the nine placed on the timepiece, reaching a final price of $20.00 USD.
The winning bidder, budlightshasha, took home a watch with a titanium case bearing scratches on the face and the pan movement. While another viewer wished they could’ve bought a ton of similar items to repurpose as rings, one enthusiastic comment suggested the watch’s unique character. “Like it’s a really nice piece, but I don’t know that I would ever actually repair it. It would probably sit in my garage for years,” they noted. As imaniperry wrapped up the live show, fans continued to appreciate the treasures uncovered – even those that might not see restoration – in the Storage Unit Finds collection.
