Gobigplants, a regular at Whatnot live auctions, has just sold off a tantalizing treat – a FRYDEK VAR #1. This little green gem, touted by the seller as “very underrated,” brought in just $8.00 in a single bid from user sargil00929.
Chat viewers seemed to be rooting for the seller throughout the live show. One enthusiastic viewer confided that moving into a new location next month had them excited to start fresh, while another user expressed their love for plants, but admitted to wanting a “flying squid” (not exactly the average house plant enthusiast). Other viewers shared their plant parenting triumphs, including a notable success with tissue cultures.
It’s clear that gobigplants has its finger on the pulse of plant enthusiasm, highlighting a hidden gem that left us curious. What makes a FRYDEK VAR #1 so special, exactly? Whether or not you’re a seasoned houseplant pro, one thing’s for sure – there’s nothing quite like the rush of snagging a rare find on Whatnot.
