Vintage 1970s Napier Broach Finds a New Home

On a recent Whatnot live show, phillyphlipper offered up a vintage 1970s Napier broach for sale. The broach was touted as “beautiful stuff” and not just any ordinary broach, with the seller describing it as “potential to be gold.” The stone in the front was speculated to be onyx, though it seems the seller wasn’t entirely sure.

The broach was ultimately sold for 7.00 USD after five buyers bid on it. The winning bidder, parismerc135, took home this unique piece of jewelry. The seller was effusive in their thanks to the winning bidder and took the opportunity to promote other items, including an Amazon gift card for some younger viewers. Meanwhile, other viewers offered advice and asked about other items in the seller’s store, including a ring with a crown design and a series of Lilian Jackson books. All in all, it was a lively and engaging live auction.
