During a recent live show on Whatnot, a unique piece from a storage unit sold quickly for $3. The figurine, created by manufacturer Mary Mook in 1994, depicts a cute calico kitten. As part of a vibrant display of storage unit finds, this figurine stood out to bboop66, the winning bidder.
Onlookers seemed to be entertained by the figurine’s charm, with one enthusiastic viewer remarking on the figurine’s state and suggesting use as a separator for foods like vegetables and dip. Another viewer mentioned having a large collection of similar items by the same creator, while a third joked about possibly pairing the figurine with a slice of cheesecake. This sweet sale highlights the eclectic charm of Whatnot’s live auctions.
