Last week, imaniperry hosted a live auction show on Whatnot, featuring a treasure trove of storage unit finds. When it was time to bid on Auction #28, the conversation was light-hearted and humorous. Viewers couldn’t help but enjoy the seller’s deadpan commentary: “I think someone probably does want that, it says whip stitch fleece blanket, here, you just want, I don’t know, big things, whatever, here you go it’s running, number 28, Colorado authentic outerwear timberline, Rocky Mountain lifestyle, and this bag still too, so with the tag on a fleece blanket…”
Despite the laid-back atmosphere, the bids kept rolling in. Pastvintagepresentfinds took home the fleece blanket, securing a sale price of $8.00 with a winning bid of 4. Whether this buyer is a proud Colorado native or just a fan of vintage throw blankets, we’re excited to see what they’ll do with this find. The Whatnot community was chatty during the show, with some amusing comments from viewers, including references to VHS tapes, the definition of “one person’s trash is another person’s treasure,” and even a mention of Thomas the Train. Who knows what the next live auction will bring?
