The buyer’s delight was Medium #73, which sold for just $5.00 in a straightforward, unchallenged bidding process. At the conclusion of the stream, the lot had attracted only one bid, submitted by farmer’sgranddaughter. No rival bidders entered the fray, leaving the final sale price at the auction’s opening bid. This find can be a perfect addition to a collection of thrift store treasures, and it’s possible to fill a box with similar hidden gems.
