During the “gainespet is live · Dog & Cat · $1 Starts, Pets · Whatnot: Shop, Sell, Connect” show, a single item caught the eye of a savvy shopper. A 1-pound pack of beef cheeks, listed as “Beef – 1ct – BEEFCHKBEEF – BEEFCHKBEEF #1”, was sold to user “pamelakap” for a staggering $1, a price that’s a huge discount considering the seller’s commentary that the item typically retails for around $60.
The show’s host, gainespet, seemed to be in good spirits, chatting with bidders and answering questions about their products. Meanwhile, viewers were sharing their own experiences with the store’s pet treats, with several users commenting on how well their furry friends loved the “cow ears” and “yak cheese chews”.
It’s not clear what prompted pamelakap to make the winning bid, but it’s clear that they got a fantastic deal. If you’re looking to stock up on some affordable beef for future meals, keep an eye on Whatnot for similar live auction shows – you never know when you might score a great bargain!
