Summerween, the quirky holiday created by Rod Chua, a frequent Whatnot guest and seller, has a dedicated following. In a recent live auction, a Summerween-themed decor item, referred to by the seller as a “pull” (#54), sold for $10. This Summerween-themed item features a mix of tree and candle holder designs, according to the seller’s commentary, although the exact design is not detailed.
The item went up for bid, with 8 viewers participating in the auction before it was sold to user lwade181 for $10, meeting the highest bid amount.
While not all Whatnot viewers participated in this auction, others in the chat room shared their enthusiasm for the Summerween theme, referencing both its quirks (like Hello Kitty being a girl dressed as a cat) and its lighthearted moments (like discussing work and cat-themed decor).
