In a high-energy live show, capcityplants sold a coveted bundle of plants that left viewers swooning and bidders placing their bets. Sold as lot #11, the bundle of three Philodendron Billie Var plants sparked a buying frenzy, with 21 bids pushing the sale price to $36.00. The bundle’s winner, dandygirl09, snagged the coveted plants in the Whatnot live auction.
Throughout the show, capcityplants’ entertaining commentary and interactions with viewers added a lighthearted touch, making the experience feel more like a garden party than a serious auction. Fans of the plants, as well as newcomers interested in learning more, piped up in the chat with questions. Some queries revolved around the plants themselves – “Is the Satun stardust newer? I haven’t heard of those” – while others touched on the excitement of collecting. One eager viewer posed the question, “so i get something for unlocking SGT aroid?” Whether driven by a desire for the plant’s beauty or the thrill of scoring a rare find, the bidders moved swiftly and decisively to secure the bundle.
For those interested in exploring Whatnot’s diverse offerings, capcityplants’ expertise in Plants & Garden items made their show a must-see. Here, in the world of rare plants and online auctions, enthusiasm for a particular species can create a sense of FOMO (fear of missing out). For dandygirl09, however, the fear turned to delight as they secured the coveted bundle of Philodendron Billie Var TC plants.
