During the 2ndhandsarcasm live show on Whatnot, a King 21 oz Mug & Lid caught the eye of just one buyer. fiercegirlfinds jumped in with a winning bid of $5.00, snagging the item before the auction concluded. The seller had initially expressed hesitation about including the mug in the sale, but ultimately decided to let it go. In typical Whatnot fashion, the auction was filled with rapid-fire comments from the chat room. Several viewers chimed in about their own experiences with similar items, including another with a cheeky remark about possibly having similar mugs “hidden in plain sight”. This particular mug & lid appeared to be brand new, given the seller’s mention of struggling to remove a store tag. After the auction, the seller quipped about the importance of wearing protective glasses, a wry reference to the winning bidder’s own profile photo.
