It’s not uncommon for rare plants to bring in serious cash at live auction sales, and capcityplants’ recent Whatnot show was no exception. One particularly prized cutting – a Begonia Ferox – Change of Heart (TC) – caught the eye (and attention) of grejoc, who ultimately took home the little gem for $6.60 USD.
While some viewers were busy swapping plant-related advice with capcityplants (like the optimal conditions for bringing out the best coloring in a black velvet Begonia) or asking for a sneak peek at the contents of a 5-pack Begonia lot, grejoc seemed entirely focused on snagging this particular plant.
