During capcityplants’s recent live Whatnot show, a 3-pack of black cardinals (specifically, “Fill it in black cardinals,” according to the seller) brought in a tidy sale. With 5 bidders, the cardinals sold to on_again_off_again for a tidy $5.00 USD.
The Whatnot live show showcased a unique product alongside caps choice #47, the plant-filled 3-pack up for grabs. It wasn’t the first item from the collection to attract its own set of fans but, as the seller quipped, a worthy conversation starter nonetheless.
This caps choice find did raise discussion about plant health, with an onlooker mentioning that healthy roots are often the deciding factor in a plant’s ability to recover from damage or neglect. Several viewers shared first-hand experiences, having overcome “goner” plants with new leaf growth – and not everyone is familiar with every variety that shows up in the Whatnot space. Meanwhile, a lucky one noted that they’d had a similarly trying week, and were just waiting for the next pay day.
