In a Whatnot live auction that saw the exchange of plant-related wisdom and seller appreciation, the Alocasia Ninja Mint Variegated #5 stood out to beat_you_to_it_collectables, who bid $8.00 for the last of the “ninja mints” from gobigplants’ inventory. The seller’s thoughtful commentary set a friendly tone in the chat, as several viewers shared their own plant-related stories, from successful seed scarification to reviving melted plant roots.
The high-end Alocasia Ninja Mint Variegated is a striking, exotic houseplant variety, often sought after by collectors and enthusiasts for its unique appearance. Its sale marked a triumphant conclusion to gobigplants’ show, where $1 starting prices made high-value finds like this possible.
